About this guide
ddtaksi.com explains how the DiDi app works in each country. It is an independent guide, not the official DiDi website.
What this site is
ddtaksi.com collects practical answers about the DiDi ride app in one place, country by country: how to book a ride, what it costs, how to pay, what drivers need to sign up and where to get help. In Brazil the same company runs the 99 app, and the Brazilian section covers 99.
What this site is not
ddtaksi.com is not DiDi, 99 or any company of the DiDi group. We do not book rides, take payments, register drivers or answer support requests. We have no access to accounts or trips. If you need help with a trip, a charge or your account, use the help section of the DiDi app or the official help center of your country, linked from every country page.
DiDi and 99 are trademarks of their owners. They are mentioned here only to describe the service.
Where the facts come from
Every country page is written from the official DiDi (or 99) pages for that country, such as the driver requirements, the help center and the product pages. The official pages used are listed at the end of each guide under "Official sources", together with the date of the last update.
DiDi changes prices, promotions and requirements often, and some rules depend on the city. When a number can change from one day to the next, such as a fare or a bonus, the guide explains how it is calculated and where to see the current value instead of printing a figure that may be out of date.
Corrections
If you find something out of date, compare it with the official page linked in the sources of that guide. The official page and the app always take priority over this guide.
