DiDi Advance and driver rewards
DiDi Advance is a free program that rewards DiDi's most committed drivers with a lower Services Fee and partner discounts on fuel, tyres and servicing, in participating cities.
DiDi Advance in short
DiDi Advance is DiDi Australia's loyalty program for driver-partners. Joining is free, and it is aimed at drivers who drive regularly with DiDi. Benefits DiDi lists:

The program only runs in participating cities, and its rules are in the DiDi Advance Terms and DiDi Advance Driver Program documents in DiDi's Legal section. Partner offers come with their own terms and conditions.
How you progress
DiDi Advance works in levels. DiDi does not publish the level thresholds on its website, so check the DiDi Advance terms and the program section of your app. Both rideshare trips and DiDi Delivery orders count towards your progress (delivery driver).
Because the main benefit is a lower Services Fee, moving up levels raises the share of each fare you keep (earnings).
Other driver rewards
Beyond DiDi Advance, DiDi may offer driver-partners rewards to boost earnings, such as rewards for driving in certain areas.
- Where to find them: Notifications on the DiDi Driver home screen, or the Trip List on the earnings page. The map can also show rewards for certain areas.
- Conditions: to redeem an offer you may need to keep a high Acceptance Rate, Completion Rate and Star Rating, plus meet the specific terms on that reward's page.
- Terms: all offers fall under DiDi's General Terms and Conditions for Driver Offers.

Referral rewards
Referring new users with the code on your referral cards can earn extra rewards, tracked under $, Referral Rewards. See driver referral.
When rewards are withheld
DiDi may withhold payments if it detects dishonest or fraudulent behaviour, including abusing its offers and rewards system or holding duplicate accounts. Its Anti Fraud Policy applies to all drivers.
Making the most of it
- Check whether your city participates before planning around DiDi Advance.
- Keep AR, CR and Star Rating high, since many rewards depend on them.
- Turn on Delivery requests if you are eligible, as they count towards your level.
- Use the partner discounts for routine costs and keep the receipts for your records (driver tax).
